A beautiful signed rare vintage onyx and brass sculpture of two onyx birds sitting on the rim of the brass nest, watching over a collection of marble and stone eggs all sitting on raised on base in colorful onyx. Signed and dated C. Jere 1980. Nest measures 12 in across; with birds turned tail-out the furthest they can be from each other, it ranges out to 19 in from tail to tail.
